The Accelerator Centre approached Oak + Rumble to create a 2-minute landing page video for AC Jumpstart, their seed funding and mentorship program. As we began to brainstorm concepts for the video, we knew that we wanted to deliver maximum value for the Accelerator Centre’s investment.
Knowing that our target audience was young, innovative entrepreneurs who connect mostly through social media, we created a concept that would include three short cuts that the Accelerator Centre could use as ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
We wrote and filmed a script that had three distinct parts, each of which was used as the base of its own standalone social video. The combination of the Facebook ads directing to a landing page with the full video led to a record number of applications for the AC’s JumpStart program.
