Elevate Condos: Live Your Best Life

Elevate Condos is a new condominium development located near Fairway Road in Kitchener. Waterloo Region is one of the fastest-growing regions in Ontario, and with that comes a lot of competition in the development space to differentiate and set buildings apart from one another. Elevate had many different unique offerings that we highlighted in the video, and we created a series of videos that focused on the unique aspects that the building had to offer. One of the most interesting and original offerings was the state-of-the-art sports complex that was unlike any other development in the region - so the video had a strong focus on this. Over the course of several days, there was a lot of video logistics that took place including multiple shoots, casting and filming across a number of locations. We also utilized CAD drawings of the building and superimposed them on some drone footage that we captured of the area so that we could showcase what the buildings would look like when completed. This video also had a fair amount of motion graphics and VFX. The biggest challenge was capturing this content during colder months, so we even superimposed the sky in shots at times to make it look like a sunny day when it was in fact -2 degrees in November! We also created multiple versions in 90, 60, 30, and 15-second lengths to accommodate for the various places the content was going to live.
