Fernbrook Homes: Welcome to Forest Creek

Being able to shoot inside beautiful spaces is one thing but it's a real treat to be able to primarily showcase the beautiful space itself. Fernbrook Homes approached us to create a video walkthrough for one of their new affluent housing communities, Forest Creek, and we were happy to deliver. In one day of shooting, we captured the look and feel of the model home while keeping things cinematic and informative to potential buyers. Simple motion graphics, appropriate sound design, and a flattering colour grade on top of the footage created a luxury feel to the Fernbrook Homes brand.
