Michael St. Jean Realty: Forever Home

Michael St. Jean Realty is a brokerage that serves the communities of Hamilton, Halton, Niagara and surrounding areas. For this commercial, we were targetting families and people aged 30-45 who are in need of more space and looking to upsize their homes. We cast a family that hit their target demographic and focused heavily on set design, which gave the claustrophobic feeling that the family had outgrown their space. We wanted things to feel a little cluttered and chaotic and we also sprinkled MSJ brand colours throughout the set pieces to give this a strong on-brand feel. This commercial aired on TV for the year, and it was repurposed for social and web content as well.
